At BLANKH, we are committed to delivering our products with care and ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the details of our shipping and returns process.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations We are proud to deliver the BLANKH experience across West and Central Africa. Our current shipping destinations include:

  • Togo
  • Benin
  • Ghana
  • Côte d’Ivoire
  • Burkina Faso
  • Niger
  • Senegal
  • Mali
  • Gabon

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please use the following as a guide:

  • Togo & Benin: 2-4 business days
  • Other Countries: 5-10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The final cost will be displayed before you confirm your payment.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We believe in the quality of our product and want you to be confident in your purchase.

14-Day Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your BLANKH notebook, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories (pen, cloth, sprayer, etc.).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please email us at hello@blankh.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their returned items.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
